Shipping policy
Lead times on shipping vary according to order size and destination. I send all my packages out with USPS in 3 different classes of mail: Ground Advantage, Priority Mail, and Priority International Mail. These shipping times are an estimate and cannot be guaranteed.
Priority Mail - 3-5 days
Ground Advantage - 5-7 days
Priority International Mail - 10-17 days
*Please note that I will not be responsible for lost or stolen shipments, once items are shipped via your chosen shipping method, we are no longer responsible for your order.* However, we do try to help as best as we can to ensure your package arrives safely.
I do my best to try to get orders out as soon as possible. If you have purchased a custom or preorder product, these can take up to 6 weeks to ship. If you need express processing, reach out to us at info@dearaugust.us, and we will do our best to accommodate you!

- The pickup day does not count as a day in transit-expedited shipments may take one additional business day.
- We're not responsible for UPS or USPS shipping delays.
- UPS does not ship on weekends.
- UPS cannot deliver to PO boxes-a valid street address is required!
