Returns
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any items, digital products or gift cards.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Cancelations
As long as your order hasn’t been sent to our warehouse for fulfillment, we should be able to cancel it. Please contact us at info@dearaugust.us to see if your order is eligible for cancellation.
